Following the Goverments measures regarding the Corona virus, we decided to follow the advice and work from home until further notice.
For most customers, nothing changes, because they already send their administration online to us.
The few customers who bring their documents can put the papers in the letterbox, which is on the right side of the building entrance.

Administration Office in Den Haag (The Hague) for entrepreneurs, businesses and personal matters

Business Administration for entrepreneurs and startups
Our bookkeepers and administrative staff take care of your complete administration in an accurate way. We charge low prices to make our administrative services affordable for any company or organization.

Complete bookkeeping and other clerical work for entrepreneurs for prices starting at € 420 a year (tax excluded). Starting entrepreneurs and starting companies get a discount.
We also help the starting entrepreneur with its starting company (partnerships, sole proprietors, etc.) with services like: registration at the KvK, tax (VAT) filing, invoices, payroll-administration and payrolls, quotations, financial statements, balance sheets, objection-letters, requesting payment arrangements and contact with authorities such as the tax office, the (Belastingdienst). As a bookkeeper, we are experienced in helping start-up entrepreneurs, start-up companies and other start-ups.

Your receipts are processed in an administration-program. At any moment, your papers can be requested.

Attention! If the administration-papers of a company are given to us on the 15th of the following month or earlier, we can properly do your administration. If your administration-papers are given to us between the 15th and the end of the month in which we have to file the VAT taxes, we normally cannot do the taxes on time. That is why we charge an extra price of € 45 if we manage to do it on time anyway in a situation like this. If we do not receive your papers before the 16th of the month in which we have to file your tax, we cannot guarantee that your taxes are done in time.

Our advice is to not save up receipts and invoices until the last moment, but mail them directly to us. Then you will not forget it easily and it will cost you less time afterwards. You can also give us the papers monthly. You can make a photo of receipts. We will not keep reminding you to send us the papers on time. If the taxes are not done on time, the Tax Office gives you 2 fines to pay.

Our administration-office does not act as an accountant, but as bookkeeper. An accountants office usually takes care of the bigger annual reports for big companies and multinationals. We do the complete business administration for smaller companies, entrepreneurs and startups. We are flexible and offer a variety of administrative services.

The same rule applies to clients for whom we handle payroll administration. We must have received the number of days and hours worked no later than the 15th of the following month, unless a fixed amount is paid monthly. If your hours are delivered to us after the 15th of the month of the declaration, it is normally not feasible for us to make Payroll Tax returns on time. That is why we will charge you a supplement of € 15 in such a case if we can still submit the declaration on time. If the tax returns cannot be submitted on time, you will be fined by the tax authorities.

We have a pre-pay policy for our invoices regarding the annual business-administration. During the year, a part that is consistent to the part of the year that has passed, has to be paid in advance everytime, or in 1 time. So on the 1st of July, 50% of the invoice must have been paid.
Cash sales and arrears: We do not do bookkeeping for companies, whereby the sales are received in cash. We also do no work for customers who have payment & accounting arrears with the tax authorities.

Administration and tax advice for personal matters
We also help people who do not have a company. We file the income-tax for prices starting at € 55. We also help with changing or requesting the health insurance (zorgverzekering), health benefit (zorgtoeslag) and other benefits and subsidies like huurtoeslag, child benefit/child budget (kindgebonden budget, kinderopvangtoeslag and/or kinderbijslag), letters, DigiD and other work. We also help with contacting the tax organization, city hall, SVB (pension funds) and other organizations.

To complete your income tax return, we need (if applicable) the following information from you: annual income statements, some costs related to your children, DigiD code, paid or received alimony, tuition and medical expenses. If you are a home-owner, we also need: valuation costs, purchase invoice, costs of leasehold, mortgage interest, and the so called WOZ value and Eigenwoningschuld (home-owning debt). Without enough information, we cannot file taxes.
